Empowerment Evolution Consulting was born from a bold idea: that empowerment is not just a moment, it’s a strategy. After years of leading multimillion-dollar programs, advising nonprofits, and partnering with local and international governments, Briana recognized that too many organizationa and especially Latina and minority-led entities were navigating systems that didn’t speak their language or reflect their communities.
She launched E. E. Consulting to change that.

Meet Briana Felix, MBA, MLS
Briana Felix didn’t just build a consulting firm—she built a movement grounded in culture, community, and courageous leadership.
As a proud Latina from Southern Arizona, Briana’s journey began with a deep commitment to justice and a clear understanding of the systemic barriers faced by underrepresented communities. Armed with a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Arizona, she has spent over a decade leading transformative initiatives across the nonprofit, government, and international sectors.
A seasoned executive, Briana has partnered with federal agencies, directed high-impact grant programs, and helped organizations unlock funding, build sustainable systems, and drive lasting change.
Yet time and again, she witnessed a critical gap: mission-driven leaders particularly women of color and community-rooted changemakers were being excluded from decision-making spaces and strategic support. Their voices were present but unheard. Their impact, too often, unsupported.
Briana founded Empowerment Evolution Consulting to change that.
Through her work, she empowers underrepresented voices giving them the tools, strategies, and confidence to rise, lead, and create meaningful impact. Whether she’s guiding a grassroots nonprofit through strategic planning or coaching a Latina executive toward her next big leap, Briana leads with cultural humility, clarity, and heart.
Because for her, this isn’t just consulting it’s personal. It’s justice.
