Service Description

Workshops and training sessions start at $1,000, with pricing varying based on format, customization, materials provided, and delivery method (virtual or in-person). Led by Briana L. Felix—an experienced executive with an MBA, MLS, and deep expertise in workforce development, DEI, and organizational strategy—each session is designed to be interactive, culturally responsive, and results-oriented. Topics include grant writing, strategic planning, leadership development, DEI and cultural competency, community health literacy, and small business empowerment. Sessions can be delivered as one-time engagements or built into full training series or retreats, and include bilingual facilitation, tailored content, and participant materials when applicable. All workshops are designed to elevate capacity and drive sustainable impact for your team or organization.
